With over 32 years of teaching and training experience spanning Somalia, Kenya, Saudi Arabia, and the United States, Osman has established himself as an educator, mentor, and leader with a global perspective. Osman currently serves as the Education and Youth Program Director at Isuroon, a Minneapolis-based community service organization that empowers East African women, youth, and families through education, mental health advocacy, and social support.
